This is not something I learned from the outside. I have lived it myself — the shame, the feeling of being stuck, the failed attempts to get out on my own. I know that terrain.
That is why I work with only a few people at a time. Not as a commercial choice, but because I want to be truly there. No tick-box list, no standard approach — just an honest conversation about what is going on for you.
I strongly believe we would live in a completely different world if more men did this work with themselves. A world in which men are aware of themselves, and therefore create a more beautiful environment for our women and our children. Because whoever wants to change the world starts with himself: transformation happens from the inside out. The kingdom is within us. When we break free from the chains of our addictions, we find the gold we have been searching for on the other side of that door.
